Recipe(tried): Jubilation Punch

Beverages

This recipe can be modified and still taste great. We have altered it to suit each occasion! This is the original version. It makes 30 punch cup-sized servings.
Pour over a block of ice in a punch bowl:
16 oz can of crushed pineapple with syrup
11 oz can of mandarin oranges
6 oz can of frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 quart of chilled vodka
Just before serving, add:
2 bottle of champagne OR 2 large bottles of ginger ale
Stir gently and serve.
Note: We usually use 1 bottle of champagne and 1 large bottle of ginger ale
