Recipe: Kahlua Mudslide Brownies

KAHLUA MUDSIDE BROWNIES

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
7 Tbsp Midslide Mix (or 4 Tbsp Kahlua, 2 Tbsp Irish Cream and 1 Tbsp Vodka)
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Sift flour with baking powder and salt.

In a small saucepan, combine butter and chocolate. Set over low heat, just until chocolate is melted. Set aside.

In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until light. Beat in dry ingredients, chocolate mixture and Mudslide Mix. fold in nuts. Pour into 13X9-inch pan.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool in pan.

Spread with Kahlua Glaze. Cut into 24 pieces.

KAHULA GLAZE:
Mix 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar and 3 Tbsp Mudslide mix (or just Kahlua) in a small bowl until smooth.

This is the only recipe I have used and have gotten raves!
