This is a recipe of a dish I came across and would love to know the origin of.
Kasler Chop Basted and Drowned in Cheese
Individual portion would be:
1 Kasler (pork) chop
grated mozzarella cheese
grated cheddar cheese
spinach and feta cheese
fresh tomato
cayenne pepper
tot of rum
olive oil
Fry the kasler chop in olive oil then flambe with tot of rum.
Place on oven proof dish, cover with spinach creamed with feta cheese, then with thin slices of tomato, followed with grated cheese and cayenne pepper to taste.
Place under grill till cheese melted. Serve with fresh salad of choice.
