Recipe: Peach Honey Spread

Toppings - Assorted
PEACH HONEY SPREAD

"This fruited honey spread is fat-free and has 60 calories a (1/3 cup) serving. Try it as a topping for pancakes or French toast or serve it over roasted chicken or pork. If you prefer, use pears, apricots, plums or nectarines instead of peaches."

1 (15 ounces) can unsweetened peach halves, drained
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a large bowl, add the peaches, honey and cinnamon. Using a fork, mash until the mixture is a consistency of chunky applesauce. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
