Lazy Chili Rellenos
29 oz whole chiis (can use the canned kind)
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, cut in strips
1 1/2 cup milk
12 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
Remove seeds from chilies, stuff each with cheese strips. Place side by side in shallow baking dish. Separetely combine milk, eggs and salt, mixing well. Pour over stuffed chilies..Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes. This can be made ahead, it holds well. Makes 8 servings or 12 as a side dish.
