Recipe(tried): Leftover pork roast

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
Hi Paulette;
We like pork hot shots, sliced pork on a slice of bread with gravy, second slice of bread and more gravy.
Also cold pork sandwiches are good, with some grainy mustard.
Mix cubed pork with some chinese vegetables for a stir fry.
