Recipe: Lemon Orzo Soup

Lemon Orzo Soup

This is my favorite soup recipe It is a really good, easy to make, recipe that everyone will love. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

2 cans of chicken broth, reduced-sodium
1 cup of water
1 cup of orzo pasta
1 tsp dried leaf basil, crumbled
1 Tbsp. of lemon juice or bottled lemon juice

Bring chicken broth and water to boil, in medium size sauce pan. Stir on orzo, basil, and lemon. Return to boil lower heat and simmer 10 minutes or until orzo is tender. Remove from heat and serve.
