LIGHT AND FRUITY PIE
Dissolve:
1 (4 serving size) of Jello in flavor of your choice
in:
2/3 cups boiling water
Combine:
1/2 cup cold water
with enough ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups
Add to Jello and stir until thickened.
Remove ice, with whisk blend in 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip.
Fold in 1 cup fruit, peaches, pears, apricots cheeries, blueberries, orange sections, strawberries, you get the idea.
Spoon into graham crust.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
