Recipe: V-8 Oven Glazed Chicken Wings (using honey, soy sauce and ginger)
Appetizers and SnacksV-8 OVEN GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS
1 cup V-8 vegetable juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
12 chicken wings (about 2 lb)
Mix vegetable juice, honey, soy and ginger.
Cut tips off wings and discard or save for another use. Cut wings in half at joints to make 24 pieces. Add wings to vegetable juice mixture and toss to coat. Place chicken mixture in foil-lined shallow baking pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes or until glazed and chicken is done, turning and brushing with sauce during last 15 minutes of baking.
Makes 24 appetizers
