I was a server there. Part of the problem is that a proportion of Veleveeta to Colby cheese is used. I want to say its like 2/3 of one to 1/3 of the other but I'm not sure which way it is. A little of Parmesan is added as well. I dont know if this helps any. Sorry I have the whole recipe. I do know that the one posted is not near correct.
