Recipe(tried): Macaroni Grill Chicken Scallopine - Suggestions

This recipe does not taste like Macaroni Grill, unfortunately. My suggestion: cut the pasta down to 1/2 lb. as there is not enough sauce to even moisen it well. Add a lot of garlic because it is missing from the recipe and is definitely present in the dish at Macaroni Grill. If anyone has perfected this recipe, I'd love to know!.
