Recipe(tried): Mashed Potato Patties

Side Dishes - Potatoes

I think my hubby would have heary failier if I didn't make him fried potatoes patties for breakfast the next morning!!!!
Put teh leftover potatoes in a small container that you can take out to slice into 1/2 inch patties in the morning.
Slice and flour, dip in egg wash and flour again...then fry in oil till golden brown.
My hubby puts castup on his, and has a side order of bacon or sausage.
