Recipe: Microwave Strawberry Pie

MICROWAVE STRAWBERRY PIE

1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
2 cups strawberries
Cool Whip
1 (single crust) baked pie shell

Stir together sugar, cornstarch and water and microwave for 3 minutes, 30 seconds.*

Add Jell-O and strawberries. Put in baked pie shell. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

*Time may vary depending on power of microwave.
