Good Morning. Allow me to post to you the correct spelling. (Italian), MILLE FOGLIE.
(French), MILLE FEUILLE. Which means "A 1,000 leaves". It utilizes a pastry called "PUFF PASTRY". It is then filled with either a custard or pastry cream.
