Recipe: Holiday Ham (using honey and pineapple juice, crock pot)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
HOLIDAY HAM

1 (3 to 5) pound ham
24 to 36 whole cloves
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup honey

Pierce ham with cloves all around ham. Place in a greased 4 to 6-quart slow cooker. Pour pineapple juice and honey over ham.

Cover crock pot and cook on LOW 6-9 hours.

Remove cloves before slicing and serving.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Accompany with a salad of red cabbage, celery, and carrot.

Makes 8-10 servings
