Recipe(tried): Mom's Meat Loaf

Mom's Meat Loaf
This is how my Mom always made it. Very simple but very good.

2 lbs ground round
1 l/2 cups bread crumbs
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup warm water
l package Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 egg, beaten
1 small jar chopped pimientos

Mix above ingredients and place in a loaf pan.

Top with:
2 slices bacon
Pour over top:
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
