Recipe(tried): Mushroom-Cheese Quiche

Mushroom-Cheese Quiche

Pastry for 1 crust (10-inch) pie, unbaked

1 1/2 grated swiss or cheddar cheese
sliced fresh mushrooms
12 slices bacon, crumbled
3 eggs beaten
1 cup cream
1/2 cup milk

Line pan with pastry. Sprinkle cheese on bottom, then mushrooms, then bacon. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell.

Bake 375 for 55 minutes.
