Recipe(tried): My Sunday night menu... Cream Cheese and Condensed Milk Pie

I tried Gina's Spaghetti Pie that she posted a week ago. It was really good. My husband liked it and he is not a big fan of spaghetti. Tonight I am trying out the Barbecue Beef sandwiches that is in the July/Aug. issue of Quick Cooking. I too love that magazine and also The Taste Of Home magazine is really good. I know that some of you TKL cooks get these magazines also. I'm going to have Baked Beans and slaw (my husband will just have to eat some of it) and I'm going to make a dessert simply called "Pie". The recipe follows...

Pie

1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Beat the cream cheese and milk until fluffy. Add a tsp. of vanilla and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Stir with a spoon, don't beat with a mixer. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Chill until firm, and top with favorite fruit filling. I'm going to use Cherry Pie Filling because my husband likes it best.
