Recipe(tried): Neiman Marcus Cookie Recipe from Wendy in Ohio

this is the Neiman Marcus recipe that I use but you definitely have to cook them longer than 6 minutes. You have to do them at least 9 if not 10. I am a caterer and these are one of my most popular sellers and 6 minutes is not long enough, cookie is raw.
