Recipe: No Bake Fresh Fruit Pie

Desserts - Pies and Tarts
No Bake Fresh Fruit Pie

1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 small box flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz) carton flavored yogurt
2-3 cups sliced fruit
whipped cream (optional)

Dissolve jello in one cup boiling water (or juice). Whisk in yogurt. Chill until thickened but not set. Fill crust with fruit, pour jello mixture over it (there's usually more than you need), then chill until set.

It's great to use different flavor combinations such as fresh peaches with raspberry yogurt and jello or bananas with strawberry, etc. Our favorite is wild blackberry.
