Fruit Pie
1 baked pie shell
1 quart of berries (4 cups of either fresh strawberries or blueberries)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon or lime juice
2 heaping Tablespoons of cornstarch
In a saucepan, bring sugar, cornstarch, juice and half the berries to a slow boil on low heat until thick. Stir constantly. When thick add the other half of the berries and stir til mixed. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate until firm.
