No-Bake Marshmallow-Chip Clusters

Makes 42
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 1/4 cups marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups broken up pretzel sticks
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in 3 1/4 cup marshmallows to melt. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Cool slightly. Mix peanuts, raisins and pretzels in bowl. Add marshmallow mixture. Stir in remaining marshmallows and chips until coated. Roll heaping tablespoons of mixture with hands into "haystack" cluster. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Repeat with remaining mixture. Chill 20 min. or store clusters in refrigerator.
