Nora's Whipped Cream Cake

1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Whip cream till stiff peaks form. Add eggs and beat well, add 1 cup sugar and vanilla and beat again. Mix dry ingredients, add to cream mixture, and stir to blend. Put into greased 8x8 inch pan, bake in 350 deg. oven about 35 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top and eat.
