Nutchos
1 pkg 300gm (10 oz) chocolate chips
1 pkg 300gm (10 oz) butterscotch chips
1 pkg 300gm (10 oz) peanut butter chips
2 cups unsalted peanuts
2 200gm (7oz) bags ripple potato chips
Melt chips together. Add peanuts and crushed potato chips.
Drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet and let cool.
I melt the chips in a double boiler and keep warm while I am spooning it onto the sheets. This is a very large recipe and because they are fairly sweet I only put about a tsp full in each 'nutcho'
