Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 45 cookies
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup Nutella
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
In a big bowl, beat butter until creamy. Add sugar, egg, vanilla and Nutella. Mix until light. Mix together flour and baking soda. Add gradually to the creamy mixture, beating until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop teaspoons of the preparation on non-greased baking sheets. Cook at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overcook. Let cool for 1 minute then remove from the sheets and put on a grate to cool.
