OLD MEXICO CHILI
1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed (or 2 pounds hamburger)
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
Place all the ingredients in cooker; mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
Serves four real hungry people or six regular eaters.
