Recipe: Orange flavored Kit Kat Cake (using sweeteend condensed milk)

ORANGE FLAVORED KIT KAT CAKE

1 1/2 cups (210g) plain flour
1 can (397g) NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk
3/4 cup (150g) melted butter
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Zest and juice of 1 small orange
1 bar (65g) Kit Kat Chunky Caramel, chopped

Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease a loaf pan (30 x 11 cm)

Combine all ingredients except the Kit Kat. Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes then on medium speed for another 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.

Pour mixture into prepared pan then sprinkle the chopped Kit Kat on top.

Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
