Micha, here is the recipe....
Orange Poundcake
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, unsalted, room temperature
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbsp orange juice (I used freshly squeezed and it came to approx 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup whole milk (I used 2%)
1/2 tsp grated orange rind
325 degree oven, 9x5-inch loaf pan, buttered.
Cream butter and sugar then add eggs and mix well; set aside.
In small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In measuring cup combine orange juice, milk and orange zest and start adding to the butter mixture alternating with the flour mixture till light and creamy.
Spoon into prepared pan and bake 45 min or till center tests clean with toothpick. Cool in pan on rack then remove from pan and drizzle with glaze.
Optional Glaze (I made it but nobody had any!!)
2 tbsp orange juice
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
Mix together and drizzle on cake while still warm.
I also reversed the milk and orange juice making it 1/4 cup orange juice and 6 tbsp milk and it was STILL wonderful!!!
