here's the english muffin recipe I use w/my starter that I made with grapes...it's so yummy & so easy!!! the things I do differently tho, instead of cutting w/biscuit cutter, I just lay it out & roll it about 1/4" thick, then take my pizza cutter & try to make squares...some of the pieces are oblong or whatever but who cares?!
then I throw them on the griddle & give them about 5 min on each side instead of 8...delicious!!!
you are so lucky your son can do that!! my son went to a 4 month culinary program & I'm lucky if I can even get him to try something new! to each his own I guess!!!
