Recipe: Riceburger Skillet (using condensed tomato soup)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
RICEBURGER SKILLET

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 teaspoons basil leaves, crushed
1 (10 3/4 ounces) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell's Beef Broth
1 cup water
2 cups quick-cooking rice (Minute rice), uncooked

In skillet, brown beef and cook onion with basil until tender (use shortening if necessary). Stir to separate meat; pour off fat.

Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes or until rice is done. Stir often.

Garnish with sliced cheese cut in triangles if desired.

Makes 6 servings (1 cup each)
