The fries you want are made as follows:
1 lbs. of frozen fries
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese OR Mexican cheese blend
6 pieces of bacon cooked
Heat oil to 350 degrees. Make sure the oil is hot enough...very important. Fry the potatoes a small batch at a time. They are done when they are golden brown and float to the top. Drain the fries on paper towels. You can keep them warm in the oven while you are cooking the rest. Place them all on an oven safe platter. Salt them. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon on top. Pop them back into the warm oven until the cheese begins to melt.
ENJOY!! They are FAB!!
