Recipe(tried): Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

I got this recipe 4 years ago. They have become a family favorite!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 24 servings

1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/3 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 c Butter, softened
1/2 c Peanut butter
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Egg
1 c Flour
1/2 c Oats, quick or regular
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 pk 6 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips

1. Heat oven to 350F. Beat sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg in a medium bowl, until creamy and well blended. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.

2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

3. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
