Recipe: Oven Fried Honey Sesame Chicken

Oven Fried Honey Sesame Chicken

1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup melted margarine
Dash garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt, to taste
2 1/2-3 pounds chicken, cut up
2/3 cup sesame seed
Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix together honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, margarine, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush chicken with mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seed.

Place chicken, skin side up, on ungreased non-stick 13-by-9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken is fork-tender, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
