Recipe: Oven Fried Honey Sesame Chicken (repost) for Lori

OVEN FRIED HONEY SESAME CHICKEN

1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Dash garlic powder
Salt and reshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken, cut up
2/3 cup sesame seed

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix together honey, margarine, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush chicken with mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seed. Place chicken, skin side up, on ungreased non-stick 13-by-9-inch baking pan.

Bake in preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken is fork-tender, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
