Recipe: White Chocolate Mocha - Notes

Beverages
Starbucks uses a syrup. The recipe is
white chocolate mocha syrup (2-4 pumps depending on size, you'll want to do what tastes right to you I don't know how much a pump is)
espresso
steamed milk
whipped cream

Use the redi-whip french vanillia - thats because starbucks adds vanilla to their whipping cream. try taking white chocolate powder and combining it with hot water (use near boiling water). mix thoroughly.

Try taking white chocolate powder and combining it with hot water (use near boiling water). mix thoroughly.
for a 16oz cup add about 1 tablespoon (or for Starbucks-style, use 2 tablespoons) of the chocolate mixture.
pull a 2 oz double (or, for Starbucks-style, a 1.5 oz single) into the cup.
stir.
fill to top with steamed milk.
add whipped cream if you so desire.

the syrup is inferior, but it is what Starbucks uses so if you want to mimic them as closely as possible you should use it.
