Recipe(tried): Greens with Garlic and Walnuts

Greens with Garlic and Walnuts

1 lb. mixed greens (mustard, kale, collards, ect.)stems removed and washed
1/2 lb. spinach, trimmed and washed
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 large garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Place greens and spinach in large stock port and cook, covered over high heat for 2 minutes. (The water in the leaves will be enough to cook them) Stir and continue cooking 2-3 minutes or just until wilted. Drain greens and spinach. Chop coarsely and press them gently to remove more liquid. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and saute over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add all the greens and saute until heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with walnuts and stir again.
