Hi: I have the pasta maker that you have and I have had a bit of a problem with it also. I have found that it is better to let it dry for at least a half hour or more. I also found that the disc I use the most is the angelhair one. The best advice that I can give you is to make sure you do not overcook or it will get mushy.....it really just takes a couple of minutes for this fresh pasta and for the angelhair one, it is less than that....If you would like me to post a few recipes from my book I will. I have also bought other recipe book on the pasta machine so if you tell me what you want, I will post the actual recipe for you.
