Recipe: Pasta Chicken Salad

Hi,
I found this recipe in a San Giorgio recipe booklet. You will have to make
some substitutions but it's a start...I hope :) I'm posting the original recipe.

Pasta Chicken Salad
3 and 1/2 cups (8 oz) Large Shell macaroni (not Jumbo),uncooked
1 and 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 and 1/2 cups broccoli florets (sub thawed frozen peas ?)
1 and 1/2 cups cauliflower florets (not sure what to sub, if anything)
3/4 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 cup (8 oz) bottle creamy Italian salad dressing, divided
2 cups ( about 6 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (definitely leave out for Mr.)

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to
cool quickly; drain well. In large bowl, combine cooled pasta with chicken,
vegetables and green onion. Toss with 1/2 cup salad dressing; cover and chill.
Just before serving, toss with remaining 1/2 cup salad dressing and mushrooms.
Season to taste. 6 servings ( 1 and 3/4 cups each). I think I might add
some cheddar or mozzarella cheese to this. I'm still searching and waiting
for another pasta recipe booklet to arrive. There's also a recipe that looks
like it's a "hot" not spicy, pasta salad. If you'd like that, let me know!
