Recipe: Crab Salad (layered with snow peas, red bell pepper, and cucumber) for Donna

Salads - Main Dish
CRAB SALAD

4 cups torn lettuce leaves
2 cups snow peas, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups chopped red bell pepper
2 cups chopped cucumber
8 ounces imitation or real crabmeat
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dill weed

In a 2 1/2-quart glass serving bowl, layer lettuce, peas, red pepper, cucumber and crabmeat.

Combine mayonnaise, sugar and dill; spread over the crab.

Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
