Title: Crisp Apple Cream Pie

1/4 c Butter; melted
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
1 c Sour cream
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 cn Apple pie filling
1/4 c Walnuts; chopped
1/2 ts Cinnamon

Combine butter and crumbs in 1 1/2 qt baking dish; mix well. Press
evenly over bottom of dish. Mix condensed milk, sour cream and lemon
juice in med bowl. Spread over crumb layer; spoon pie filling on top.
Bake at 350~ for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly. Mix walnuts and
cinnamon; sprinkle over pie. Serve warm or cold. May substitute other
flavors of pie filling. May want to add the walnut topping 5-10
minutes before pie is done.

Apple Pie Cake

----Batter----
18 1/4 ozs yellow cake mix
1 tsp baking powder
3 egg whites -- whipped
20 ozs apple pie filling
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg

----Topping----
1/4 c margarine -- cold
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c unbleached flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray and flour;
set aside. To prepare batter, combine cake mix and baking powder in a
small mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, apple pie
filling, oil, cinnamon, lemon extract, and nutmeg. Mix dry ingredients
with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine margarine, sugar, flour, and
cinnamon in another mixing bowl. Blend with a pantry blender to make
crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over top of batter. Bake 35 minutes.

Crazy Crust Apple Pie

Also known as Impossible Pie

Cherry or any other pie filling may be used in lieu of apple.

Ingredients
1 c. milk
2 T. oleo or butter, softened
1/4 t. vanilla or almond extract
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 can any pie filling

Streusel topping: Cut 2 T. firm oleo into 1/2 c. Bisquick mix, 1/2
c. brown sugar and 1/2 t. cinnamon until crumbly.

Directions
Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Beat all
ingredients except pie filling and Streusel until smooth, 15
seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour
into plate. Spoon pie filling evenly over top. Bake 25 minutes.
Top with Streusel. bake until Streusel is brown, about 10
minutes longer. Cool; refrigerate any remaining pie.
