Recipe: Pat in the Pan Pizza Dough

Pizza/Focaccia
PAT IN THE PAN PIZZA DOUGH

1 package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tea sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 minutes.

Divide dough in half. Pat each half into a 10 circle on cookie sheet.

Top with sauce and toppings.

Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes.
