Side Dishes - BeansHowever, they were not done in the 5 hours that Paula's recipe said they would be. It was more like 6 1/2 to 7 hours on high. Also, when they finished cooking there was a lot of nice thick liquid but a bit too much, so I ladled some of it out so it wouldn't be too soupy.
Everyone seemed to like them, I only brought home about a cup or two left over.
Also, they wiped out the Easy Carrot Cake - one guy had three pieces!
