Recipe: Peach Cream Cake

PEACH CREAM CAKE

1 (7"") loaf angel food cake,frozen
1 (14 oz.)can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 C. cold water
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. almond extract
2 C. heavy cream, whipped
4 C.pelled,sliced fresh peaches or 1 (20oz.)pkg frozen,thawed peaches

Cut cake into !/4" slices; arrange half the slices on bottom of 9x13" dish.
In a large mixing bowl,combine sweetened condensed milk and water;mix well.Add pudding mix;beat well. Chill 5 minutes.Stir in extract;fold in whipped cream. Pour half the cream mixture over cake slices; arrange half the peach slices on top. Repeat layering,

ending with peach slices. Chill 4 hours or until set.Cut into squares to serve. Refridgerate
