PEACHES IN RED WINE SAUCE

Combine 4 cups Cabernet Sarvignon, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1 spilt vanilla bean, 1 cinnamon stick. Cook & reduce on stove to a syrup. Add sliced peaches. Serve with pound cake and fresh whipped cream.
