Avocado Royal

1 avocado (halfway ripe)
1/2 tomato diced
3 small red onions sliced
1 chive diced
1/2 teaspoon sweet onion mustard
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 egg (Hard boiled)
a splash of hot sauce
3 soup spoons of olive oil

Cut the avocado lengthwise and remove the seed.
In a blender, combine the other ingredients. Blend for 9 seconds. Pour the mixture inside the empty avocado halves.
