Recipe(tried): Peanut Butter Dips
Misc.Peanut Butter Dips
1 package melting choc.(like for almond bark)
1 Box snack crackers (Ritz or cheaper)
Peanut Butter (smooth)
Place half of package chocolate in a microwave bowl. Set aside. Open crackers and make peanut butter sandwiches by spreading one cracker with peanut butter and topping it with another cracker. Make about 15 to 20 of them to start with. Now put choc. into microwave and melt at 50% power for 1 min. intervals. The trick is to melt the choc. without getting it to hot. So stir it each min. of cooking time. Next using your fingers, dip the little sandwiches into choc. to coat compleatly. Place each cookie on wax paper covered cookie sheet. If choc. gets too thick microwave it a little to thin it down, but be careful not to get it too hot. Chill til set. Store cookies in a container in the fridge. Repeat process until all the crackers or choc. are used. (whichever comes first) These cookies are like the G-Scout TAGALONGS. Good!!!
