Recipe: Peanut Butter Kisses (cookies, Skippy Peanut Butter label)

2 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup Skippy Creamy or Super Chunk Peanut Butter
In small bowl with mixer at high speed beat egg whites and cream of tartar until mixture holds stiff peaks when beater is raised. Add sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture holds very stiff peaks when beater is raised.
Lightly fold in peanut butter just until mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 300 degree F oven 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
Makes 3 dozen cookies
