Recipe(tried): Peanut Butter & Pickles???

Preserving - Pickles, Relishes

Now don't anyone get sick on me before you try this--it is DELICIOUS!!!

Two slices of your favorite bread
Bread and Butter pickles, sliced and drained on a paper towel
Peanut butter on one slice to hold the pickles in place!
Lettuce
Your choice of luncheon meats (I use ham or braunschweiger)

Put second slice of bread on top of all this and enjoy!

Everyone thinks I'm crazy until they try it.
