Peanut Butter Tootie Fruitie Pitas

1 pkg small pita breads, cut crosswise in half (or use small soft tortilla shells)
16 tsp reduced fat peanut butter
16 tsp strawberry spreadable fruit
1 large banana, thinly sliced (about 48 slices)

Spread inside of each pita half with 1 t each peanut butter and spreadable fruit. Fill pita evenly with banana slices.

Yield: 8 servings

For variation:
substitute honey for spreadable fruit.
substitute apple slices for banana slices.
