Recipe(tried): Purple Cow Jumped Over the Moon

This one is called
Purple Cow jumped over the moon!

It's delicious and PURPLE!

3 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
1 cup lowfat milk
1/2 cup frozen grape juice concentrate (undiluted), thawed
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Place all ingredients in blender, process until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings
